As many of you know I’m all about PREVENTION, and given that I want to PREVENT a deluge of congratulatory, but ultimately misplaced text messages, emails, and possibly even postcards, I wanted to clear up a few things. Although there are MANY SIMILARITIES between myself and the new Mile World Record Holder, it’s actually Josh KERR that ran a 3:42 mile today. (Which is pure insanity…just find a treadmill at 16.2 mph and run for a mile…no big deal! Actually, most Americans couldn’t even run a half mile in 3:42…facts). My last name is similar to Kerr, except with completely different letters. So hopefully the following chart helps you differentiate between these two guys who share a great first name!

So anyway, I hope this chart is helpful! I used to sort of run kind of fast, but this performance is absolutely otherworldly…big-time congratulations to King Kerr! The only way I could ever be in the same picture as him is with the help of A.I, but I’m chuffed (learned that from British Baking Show) that we share the same first name!
